A Creative Sound workshop will get your team energised and motivated through movement, body percussion, group singing and group glockenspiel playing!
Standing or sitting in a circle, Ruth will guide your team through various musical activities which will challenge you to step out of your comfort zone and into an area of growth.
This will improve communication, productivity, social engagement, and will provide a relaxing and creative environment to strengthen connections.

These workshops are held in-house in a boardroom at your company and are tailored to the company's needs.
Take a short poll at work to choose the music your team would like to explore, or if you're not sure, Creative Sound will work with you to suggest music that will fit you best. Together we will create a bespoke anthem for your company through singing and / or on the glockenspiel!

Music is proven to be highly beneficial to our mental health and wellbeing and is a great way to engage with one another. Group playing and group singing is fun and gives everyone a wonderful sense of achievement, as well as improving listening, communication, memory, coordination, discipline and attention skills.
